Product and permitted use
The Product is Sprint Subtask Pulse for Jira, a Jira Cloud Scrum project page for the customer’s internal business use. It calculates current subtask completion for visible parents in a selected active or completed sprint, as described in the user guide.
The customer is responsible for its Jira configuration, permissions and source data. Results reflect the signed-in user’s visibility and the data returned by Jira at the time of calculation. The app does not edit work items, provide estimates or recursive portfolio planning, or reconstruct historical snapshots at sprint closure.
Support, security and privacy
The Sprint Subtask Pulse support policy describes Support. No separate service-level agreement or service-credit scheme is included.
The app’s architecture and handling of Jira data are described in the security page and privacy notice. The app does not operate an external customer-data store or send Jira issue data to third-party analytics. No separate customer DPA is attached to these Provider-Specific Terms.
Governing law and courts
For section 19.2 of the Standard Agreement, the Governing Law is the law of Scotland and the Courts are the courts of Scotland. This does not remove any protection or right to bring proceedings elsewhere that applicable law makes mandatory.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in the Agreement excludes or limits liability, or any right or remedy, to the extent that doing so is prohibited by applicable law. The Standard Agreement otherwise supplies the provisions on subscriptions, warranties, remedies, liability, indemnification, confidentiality and termination.
