Terms of service

These terms apply specifically to Update Lens, a monday.com app provided by Kitawolf Studios as a sole trader business. They take precedence over the general website terms where those describe a different product, licence or billing provider.

Using Update Lens

You may use the app for your own or your organisation's authorised work. If you install it for an organisation, you must have permission to do so. You are responsible for your monday.com account, user access and lawful use of the information on your boards.

Update Lens searches the current board's accessible updates and replies and opens source items. Results reflect the content loaded into the active view and may be incomplete when loading is interrupted, access is restricted or service limits are reached. Check the original conversation when making decisions. The app is not a backup or an audit archive.

Licence and acceptable use

Kitawolf Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use Update Lens during an authorised test, trial or subscription. We retain ownership of our software, design and documentation. You retain your rights in your board content.

Do not misuse the service, circumvent access controls, disrupt other users or infringe another person's rights. Third-party software components remain subject to their own licences. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

Availability and monday.com

Update Lens depends on monday.com's services, APIs, account permissions and supported browsers. Availability and results may be affected by changes or interruptions to those services. We may maintain or update the app, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse.

Kitawolf Studios is an independent app developer. monday.com is a separate service governed by its own terms; publication of this website does not imply that monday.com has approved or endorsed Update Lens.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

Update Lens is currently in private testing. No paid plan, price or trial duration is promised on this page. If a paid Marketplace plan is offered, the price, included features, trial, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown through monday.com's billing flow will apply. Update Lens purchases will use monday's native billing, not the Lemon Squeezy checkout used for some other Kitawolf products.

You will be shown the applicable price and billing terms before subscribing. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and support

Warranties and responsibility

We aim to provide the functionality described for the app, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, complete search results in every circumstance or compatibility with future platform changes. To the extent permitted by law, the app is supplied as available without additional warranties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect business losses or loss arising from third-party outages, unauthorised account use or decisions made without checking source records. These terms do not remove statutory rights.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using or uninstall Update Lens at any time. If you have a paid subscription, also follow monday.com's cancellation process; removing a view is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription. Rights to use paid features end when the relevant subscription ends.

We may update these terms as the app develops, with the current effective date shown above. Material contractual changes will be communicated appropriately. These terms do not impose a choice of governing law or court that overrides protections you have under applicable law.
